Duke Designs : 2D designs

This design includes two revisions for free, with additional revisions subject to fees depending on the time spent to revise.

What information is collected?

We receive, collect, and store any information that you enter on our website or provide us in the forms. We collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, address) solely for the purpose of better serving you, the client in the most accurate way possible. We do NOT sell any information to any third parties.

For private residential clients: If you would like us to give you a recommendation of a contractor to build your final product, we will provide the company name and their website address from those contractors who have opted into being part of our network and we have vetted for their professionalism. This list is subject to change over time. However, Quartier's Designs is not responsible for the construction of the project and ultimately it is you, the client, that will decide who you would like to build your project, we are only able to provide the design
For contractors: You can opt it to have Quartier's Designs reach out to your clients ONLY if you have your clients permission to for us to do so. You also have the option to propose your services as part of our network of recommended contractors. Decisions on who is included on the recommendation list are based on professionalism, correct insurance coverage, and expertise.

We also collect comments, feedback, reviews, and recommendations.

How is information collected?

When you fill out our initial interest form (under Contact Us) we will put your information into our CRM database which is only seen by the designer and front desk. We collect personal information as you give us, such as your name, company, address, email address, project address, and contact phone number. Your personal information is only used for the reasons stated below.

Why is information collected?

We collect such non-personal and personal information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate our Design services
To provide clients with communication and assistance throughout the design process
To be able to contact our clients with service-related notices
To create aggregated statistical data which Quartier's Designs will use to provide and improve our respective services
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

How is your information stored?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides with the online platform that allows us to sell our design packages to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All payments will be made through Square. Please see their Terms and Conditions for buyer accounts, if you choose to make one for more information.

How do we communicate with visitors to our site?

After initially contacting us through the website forms, we will contact you using your preferred contact method to schedule consultations and work through the design process. We may also contact you to notify you of any changes in the account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
