A new-build lot that started as bare dirt, now a large-format paver terrace cut by a curving herringbone band and anchored by a fire bowl.
The property
A corner lot in a new neighborhood, delivered by the home builder as bare, graded dirt.
The design
A wide terrace of large-format pavers, with a sweeping band of dark herringbone brick curving through it. A white fire bowl sits against a block seat wall, a stepping-stone path runs down the side of the house, and turf and planting beds frame the hardscape.
